INTRODUCTION

1.0 COMPANIES BACKGROUND AND MANAGEMENT:

1.1 PHASE 2 CONSULTANTS & CONTRACTS LIMITED, is a firm of Consulting Engineers and Project Managers, who are committed to providing appropriate and cost-effective Advisory, Feasibility, Survey, Design, Supervisory, Management, and Technical Audit Services relating to Construction and Maintenance Projects / Works involving Buildings, Roads, Bridges, Water Resources, and Sanitation Engineering and Petroleum Engineering.

1.2 PHASE 2 CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTS LIMITED was incorporated as a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY on the 17th day of October 1994 under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) of Ghana with Certificate No. 58,009 as a Partnership of young and energetic Civil/Structural Engineers, who offer Consultancy Services in Civil/Structural Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and Contract /Project Management.

1.3 The Company is registered with the Ghana Institution of Engineers as a Professional Consulting Engineering Firms specializing in CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, PETROLEUM ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL, ROADS/HIGHWAYS, WATER RESOURCES AND SANITATION ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

1.4 The Company is currently managed by five (5) Full-time Technical Consultants and Administrative / Project Managers, each having post-graduation professional experience ranging from eighteen (18) to thirty (30) years, and with the under-listed professional specializations.

• Ing. David A. Tetteh: General Civil & Structural Engineer with specialized expertise in Civil/Structural Engineering Design Construction Engineering and Project Planning Management, with thirty (30) years professional experience. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from the Arthur D Little Institute, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

• Ing. Abraham K. B. Fiscian: Structural Engineer with 20 years professional experience.

• Ing. Doolittle K. Sintim-Aboagye: General Civil & Structural Engineer with specialized expertise in Geotechnical Investigations and Construction Engineering and Project Planning and Management, with thirty (30) years professional experience.

• Rev. Dr. Frank Fugar: Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating, Control Expert with twenty-nine (29) years professional experience. He is also a Fellow of the FCIOB.

• Mrs. G. Gyedu-Adomako: Human Resources, Administration and Public Relations with extensive experience in Project Management and thirty (30) years experience in the public sector.

For the past seven years he has worked as a consultant on several traffic and road maintenance projects in Ghana and also is a senior lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST).

• Mr. Fedilis Adotevi: Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating Expert with 28 years professional experience.
